Words like reconditioned, refurbished, rebuilt, restored and renewed cannot describe the full extent of work performed. See for yourself. You'll know why these bikes are unique. Prices do include the costs, parts and work that goes into them. Yet, the completed value of the bike with its frame and components normally exceeds the asking price even with shipping added. Value+quality+input: 2 + 2 = 5. AND, you'll save even more on the high cost of repairs that I've already taken care of.
Experience has proven that a complete tear-down and rebuild of each bike is essential to finding and curing otherwise unseen "issues", just one of the reasons why I do NOT buy for resale "as-is" used bikes.

I've experienced first hand the emptiness followed by the pain when something of value turns up missing. I hate thieves!!
Do you have the Serial # from your bike saved somewhere? Police will need it to track down a stolen bike. Legitimate pawn shop dealers report traceable info to the police who can then match up the item to your report. You'll be required to reimburse the honest pawn broker the amount it was pawned for but that's fair & is usually not that much compared to what the bike may be worth.
I'm offered bikes from vrs sources, only buying them when ownership is without question.
